Payment Policy

Our Refund Policy relates only to the deposit for saving the date.

We work closely with you to produce an Outstanding event. 

We also understand that there are times when you have to cancel our services before the event, if you do, we will return as much of your deposit as possible. Your deposit is used to shop for and prep for your party, so we will return to you all which we haven't used:

• We will submit to you the fruits, syrups, mixers and garnishes we bought for your party.
• We will also return the alcohol to you which you purchased for your party.
• We will deduct $20 per hour for the time we spent shopping and preparing for your party and submit our time summary.
• The above mentioned items and balance will be returned to you via the way you paid us: Pay Pal, Check or Cash with 7 business days of the notice of cancellation
